CCD Group evolved when company partners, Rob Fenwick and Anthony Lloyd shared aspirations on their future vision and respective careers. Both partners had similar personal and professional values and felt these could be translated into a business. What transpired was a commitment to exploring a business model which combined their individual strengths whilst delivering a personalised and trusted brand.

Growing up on the central coast of NSW, Rob completed an apprenticeship in Newcastle as a mechanical fitter, and then furthered his studies to attain diesel mechanical and fluid power certification. With a desire to travel, this was the foundation upon which Rob began to explore many work opportunities and gained life skills to further support his working journey.
Throughout his career, Rob has worked in major towns and cities, along with remote and isolated locations, in Heavy Engineering, Mining and Civil Construction, in diverse roles of; plant operator, mechanical maintenance supervision, plant, equipment and logistics management, operations management and company director. This has provided him valuable experience and insight into business requirements, management, operations and communication. His enthusiasm, industry knowledge, and hands on approach are Rob’s strong attributes which allow him to complete complex and challenging tasks when presented. Now with the focus of supplying product and equipment to a broad range of industries, Rob enjoys the opportunity to connect with his clients to understand their business and deliver products that will meet their requirements. Rob is a dedicated, reliable person, committed to building strong relationships with suppliers, customers and clients.
Outside of work, with the opportunities to support sporting associations, Rob has held positions on sporting committees and boards. Away from work, he has played various team sports, however, growing up around Lake Macquarie, Rob has always had a passion for water sports where he competed at a national level in tournament water-skiing. Now in his spare time, Rob enjoys fishing the oceans around Australia or exploring the coastal waterways.
Anthony’s strong work ethic can be traced back to growing up on a farm in NSW. A constant message his dad shared was “if a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing properly!” That message continues to resonate today.
He began his career in a sales and marketing position over 25 years ago which started a journey on accumulating a vast array of roles and experiences. He worked with global organisations in petroleum and mining and has developed a broad knowledge and experience base. With a plethora of national roles under his belt, Anthony moved into a global role with a mining equipment manufacturer in 2013 and has since held various roles globally with exposure to international markets in America, Canada, Chile, Panama, South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. Recently, Anthony completed a two-year expatriate role as Director-Marketing and Capitals Sales with responsibly for all mining divisions.
By nature, Anthony is a consultative trusted advisor. His sales and marketing approach are to support solution-based processes, providing sustained value to customers. With change a constant in every business Anthony believes patience, persistence and resilience are key attributes required to service his customers.
